Hello!
My name is Mariana Wagner. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker (REALTOR) in Colorado. Keller Williams Clients’ Choice Realty, in northern Colorado Springs, is where you will find my office.
I work with my husband, Derek Wagner. We are the Wagner iTeam at Keller Williams.
In addition to the business of Real Estate, I am also on the road to become an international trainer for Keller Williams Realty. Currently I train locally: I love teaching Internet Lead Generation, database management, website stuff, etc. I also do real estate blog training both locally and nationally, for Keller Williams and other real estate business events.
In addition to training, I am also an avid real estate blogger - blogging for consumers, blogging for other folks in the real estate field and also blogging for myself.
This particular blog is dedicated to my life as a
